xtenserv has done an excellent job with the work they have done for us. We have been able to communicate very successfully via phone, email, and IM chat. The team is professional, responsive, and committed, with high attention to detail (and perfect English). They are experienced with working with remote clients and do so with ease. Even though they are far away physically, they feel like "co-workers" in the sense that they are always just an email or phone call away. To anyone who is wary of (or inexperienced with) working with remote providers, I would highly recommend working with xtenserv-- you'll get great service and be very glad that you hired them.
